DP BLOWER

FEATURES:

• Direct drive, very high pressure, low volume blower design.
• Steel wheel, in 18 inch through 36 inch diameters, fully welded with radial blades design.
• Being a radial bladed wheel it is self-cleaning.
• Housing is manufactured of carbon steel, continuously welded and appropriately reinforced.
• Maximum operating temperature for standard fan execution is 175 degrees F.

BENEFITS:

• Very suitable for applications up to 72 inches WG SP and 20,000CFM.
• Flat fan performance curve make DP Blower ideal for OEM and other industrial applications requiring a high pressure fan.
• Can be utilized for the treatment of air containing granular particles or dust.
• Fan is suitable to be oriented by 45 degree steps.
• Fan is available in AMCA arrangements #4 & #8. At special request a belt drive arrangement #1 fan design is available.

BCE (Single width single inlet backward curve housed fan)

FEATURES:

• Steel, SWSI, backward curved impeller for industrial applications available fully welded and painted. Wheel diameter range is from 16 through 63 inches.
• Wheels are also available in three different widths, with a full width wheel (BCE25) design, and two reduced (BCE17 & BCE15) widths to better meet system requirements.
• All fan housings are manufactured in sheet steel, continuously welded, reinforced with steel stiffeners, and coated with anti-corrosive epoxy paint.
• Fan have low maintenance, double row ball bearings or double row roller bearings in cast iron pillow blocks.
• Impeller and shaft are statically and dynamically balanced to Grade G6.3 (ISO1940). Grade G2.5 is available upon request.

BENEFITS:

• Very suitable for industrial applications up to 25 inches WG SP (31 inches WG TP) and volumes to 125,000CFM.
• Peak efficiencies in excess of 80% TE.
• Standard bearing support is separated from the fan housing, allowing the possibility of insulating it against both noise or temperature without any design modifications.
• Design allows for both stainless steel or hot dip galvanized executions upon request.

KHLE (Single width single inlet housed fan)

FEATURES:

• Fully welded steel wheels available in 15 types of design (including material handling).
• KHLE fan is available in direct drive (AMCA #4, #5 or #8) or belt driven (AMCA #1 or #9) arrangements.
• Standard fans are fully welded carbon steel, and painted with epoxy. Also available upon request are hot dip galvanized or stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316 executions.
• Standard fan operates to a maximum temperature of 212 degrees F., available with accessories for up to 750 degrees F.

BENEFITS:

• Flow rate of up to 117,000 CFM and a differential pressure up to 90 inches WG.
• “Customized” solutions for the OEM and industrial client with 15 wheel designs that utilizes the same housing design.
• Discharge position is on 90 degree steps for up to the 40 inch wheel, and in 45 degree steps for wheel sizes 44 through 63 inches.
• Truly a “workhorse” for multiple applications in the industrial market.

BAFE (Single width single inlet airfoil housed fan)

All of the BCE FEATURES “except”:

• No stainless steel construction is available on the airfoil wheel design.
• Wheel is only available in the full width, BAFE25 design: no partial widths.

BENEFITS:

• High efficiency, 10 bladed true airfoil wheel design with a continuously welded backplate. Coated with epoxy paint.
• Peak efficiencies in excess of 85% TE.
• Better sound ratings than most similar fan designs.

MHZ & MAZ (Double width double inlet Housed fans)

FEATURES:

• Fully welded, DWDI backward curved (MHZ) or true airfoil (MAZ) wheel designs available for semi-industrial applications.
• Wheel sizes available from 12 inch through 50 inch diameters.
• Impeller and shaft statically and dynamically balanced at Grade G2.5.
• Fully welded housing, reinforced and painted with corrosion resistant epoxy.
• Bearing support is a separate component. It can be easily removed, as the inlet cone, for easy access to the wheel. The housing is then left in place.

BENEFITS:

• Fans are suitable for applications up to 16 inches WG SP, and 150,000CFM.
• TE in excess of 80% for MHZ and MAZ fans.
• Upon request, stainless steel and hot dip galvanized construction is available.
• Excellent selection for naval industries, off shore installations, the electronics sector, and when heavy duty HVAC applications call for a semi-industrial quality fan.
• Can also be supplied to meet ATEX Directives.

Electronic COMETER

FEATURES:

• The Electronic Cometer is a transducer that calculates and displays the airflow delivered by a fan. The determination is made by measuring the piezometer ring differential pressure. It measures up to 10 WG SP.
• the measuring system can achieve an
  accuracy of ± 5%.

BENEFITS:

• The same Electronic  Cometer can equip all double double inlet and plug fans since the formulas are pre-programmed and the coefficients can be set during installation.
• Electronic Cometer installation is very easy on air handling units fans.
